BOYS AW23 is a menswear lookbook multimedia project that brought together a team of 7 young artists to showcase their unique skills. The goal was to subvert the boundaries of typical menswear through stylized characters that each display their masculinity in a different way. I acted as the co-stylist, art director, project manager, and manned the VHS camera for BTS footage when I wasn’t modeling. Our crew got to exercise their creative muscles, practice playing a role on a team, and experience how a fast paced studio set functions.

Beyond expressing our creative vision, we wanted to share our process in hopes that it gives other young creatives the blueprint to chase their dreams as well. The two behind the scenes videos show the upbeat, goofy energy we embodied on set. The explanation video serves to show the logistics of booking a studio, finding a photographer, rallying a group of models and executing a vision.
